BIOMATERIAL DEVELOPMENT


In biomaterial development I blend the scientific method with design practice. I work in iterative testing, diverse experimentation, and user-centered adaptation. I have experimented with a range of organic materials, looking at what waste can be repurposed. Through this process I develop material properties that prioritize the intended end use of a product, assessing experiment results and making adjusments to specific design parameters.
